Meet the Owners: Justin & Martin
Justin Engelbach
Justin, the founder of Fresh Coat Painters, brings a rich background of professional and personal experiences to the business. Justin graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2003 with dual degrees in Construction Management and Business Management. His career in construction began in San Diego, where he worked as a Project Engineer, completing numerous school renovations and a new elementary school project for the Ramona Unified School District.
After a two-year stint teaching English in Japan, Justin moved to San Francisco in 2006. He continued his career in construction, working on significant projects like the Hyatt Burlingame SFO renovation, the Marriott Union Square renovation, a parking structure for the city of Vallejo, and a 23-story residential high-rise in Hollywood.
Justin married Michele in 2008 and is a proud father to Maya, Ava, and Judah. Inspired by his experiences in Japan, he founded Fresh Coat Painters in 2013, focused on exceptional customer service.
